Welcome to Palantir documentation!
====================================

Palantir is the core application dedicated to provide a Python framework for processing REFIMEVE network.
It provides processing engines for the various objects of the network, API clients to access associated 
information systems and functions to compute clock comparisons (see [Lodewyck2020]_).

The goal of the Palantir project is to facilitate data processing to help scientific analysis of REFIMEVE.
